Question about REQ on the Weapons

I have aquired a fun gun called Hypercritical. In my inventory it is red and has REQ on it. It tells me i need 10 body for full use.

I am using it anyway. What penalties am i reiceveing for using it before i meet the requirrements? ( less damage? or its special perks not working etc )

On regular sized weapons it will affect recoil and reload speed.

While on bigger weapons such as Sniper Rifles, it will affect recoil, reload speed and restrict you to just walking.

Hypercritical is a satisfying weapon but it'll be even more satisfying if your character isn't looking at the sky after firing it once
