While we're here.....this game has a terrible ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ way of explaining things (I'm talking about character progression), do perks in street brawler tab benefit monowire? or it's exclusively reflex tree blades tab?
the fight club quests will override monowire, mantis blades, projectile launch system and force normal fists. i doubt it will apply to gorilla arms though. missile launch system will allow you to keep using fists as the missiles are an activated ability like active camo.
mantis blades and monowire work off blades perks, but the "Steel and Chrome" perk in athletics should apply to all melee weapons.
worst case you can carry around a baseball bat for leveling street brawler.
Thanks, that was very helpful, do you also have some guides/resources I can peruse for looking up what perk/attribute applies to x equipment?
Like for example, Sniper Rifles and automatic rifles, all fall in the reflex attribute?
Thanks again!
weapon specific perks are concentrated under the main stat the weapon uses within the specific skill tree applicable. although LMGs are odd in that they fall under Annihilation with shotguns rather then Assault. dunno about HMGs.
e.g all edged melee weapons fall under blades, blunt melee weapons fall under street brawler.
more general boosts are found under Athletics, Crafting and Cold Blood. (e.g crafted weapons/armor have perks in crafting tree)
note tech weapons can benefit from engineering and their specific weapon type. e.g a tech pistol.
