Is Blade consider Melee damage?

As per title. Does the perk Steel and Chrome improves Blade? Likewise does Bladerunner Perk applies to any damage? Or it must be damage from Grenades and Tech weapons only?

It does. I recommend the mono-filament cyberware with the electric attachment due to its insane range (you'll hit everything infront of you), one size fits all damage type and ability to stun.
I use that coupled with a tectronic rippler stocked with legendary short circuit, cripple movement, suicide, system reset, cyber psychosis and synapse burnout.
Why? Because thanks to legendary effects your criticals apply a level 1 short circuit that can also stun, prevent sprinting and cause surrounding enemies to become terrified should it kill. Oh and you'll be refunded a bunch of ram, not essential but a nice bonus.

"Is Blade consider Melee damage?" - just tested it. No, Steel and Chrome doesn't affect Blades damage at all. Alas, the description of the skill is false (or it's a bug, AGAIN).
