The best way to remove underwear
I should have posted this earlier, but there is a way to remove underwear from your character without a mod. It involves using a byte editor (I personally use a free one called "HxD") to open the file archive/pc/content/basegame_4_gamedata.archive in your game's directories.

When the file is opened, you'll need to make a tiny change in a few places. Use a find function to search for the word "underwear". Put your cursor between the "e" and the "a" and press "_". It should look like "underwe_r". Do this for each instance you find. (It will probably be four times.)

Once you are satisfied that you have done this correctly, save the file. It will create a backup file. Be careful! Don't save twice or you might overwrite your save file. You might want to make a copy of the save file for safekeeping.

When the corrections have been saved, play the game. Your character won't have that annoying cyber-underwear any longer.

Note that if you update your game you might lose the changes you've made. Simply repeat the process in that case.

Friend, I opened the file using your application, but I don't have normal text, but just a set of different characters without any meaning (in a column with decoded data). Maybe you need to change some setting so that there is a normal text?

Did you use a 'byte editor' Program to open the file?
Normal notepad/wordpad probably can't open files like that.

Yes, as I said, you need to use a byte editor to open the file. I recommend one called "HxD". You can't use Notepad.

Can't you just use the underwear option in the game settings?

It's not the same thing...underwear will still show up in a few instances. I use the CET Underwear removal extended mod. Works fine and it's easier to adjust than tweaking actual game files.
