can't change armor or clothing

it keeps saying action blocked, even during a mission or when im not doing a mission or sidejob. anyone got any ideas to fix this? is it a glitch? what can i do if its a glitch

when you are in free roam save the game and then try reloading the save to see if that fixes it.

If you are wearing a hazmat suit or the like you need to take it off to change other armor.

Sometimes you are unable to change them, like during the heist.

Otherwise it's a mod or a full body suit.

lol I just realized I had an outfit on too been going this whole time with low armor.

check often, some missions change your clothes to outfits and they dont tell you ♥♥♥♥ lol it just happened to me and i was like " why am I dying so often!"
