Skippy is also a quest, which requires using him to play out. (And I think is broken at the end of it in build 1.61)
There's also a fun interaction with Skippy and the Delemain cab if you have Skippy drawn when entering it.
That's a bit wrong. You get him (it), then you kill 50 people. He switches modes. You kill a few more and he asks to be returned to his owner, Regina. At that point you can return it or stash it. The part about killing 50 people does not appear in your quest log.
Mode switch should happen after 50 kills, previous owner after another 50 kills (so you need to shoot 100 people in total).
Except, some time can pass between you meeting the quest requirements, and Skippy actually talking to you and the quest stage updating, so it's possible to end up killing more than 100 people before you can finally get rid of him (if you ask me, the HJKE-11 smart pistol is a terrible gun, it does so little damage, and i don't think it's mag-size and fire rate makes up for that, so it just plain sucks, and Skippy is no exception, he's a funny character, but sadly he is also an HJKE-11).
too funny..........................complaining because they don't want to carry the gun........annoying problem i suppose........ yes.............big deal.....no.
