Genitals?

Has anyone noticed that so far, as I've played, there is nowhere where you see or use genitals, I mean sure, you hump some things but you never actually see anything but tits? Or have I missed something, cause as far as I can tell, the use of a penis slider has no effect on anything in the game, nor have I even seen a penis or vagina yet. Anyone else have a different story to tell?

What were you expecting exactly? I'm fairly sure the only reason they added genitals in the game in the first place is for immersion, not because you'll use it for anything.

Also there are a couple of times you do see full nudity, but mostly seeing other people not yourself.

Alas it's one of the universally perplexing design decisions with the game, as CDPR provided the feature but entirely covered it up in actual gameplay... which is weird since in the inventory screen we can see our character fully nude, but not in first-person.

Maybe they just had issues with schlong physics in first-person and decided to cut Captain Wily out entirely, but you can still see glimpses of genitalia with Alt and Judy :D

Don't forget the infamous Ken doll part when you wake up in the scavenger place fully naked because of that faulty BD. Also pretty sure the same happens when you're taking a shower sitting on the floor and you can look down and you're like an angel from Dogma.

The problem there is that you are assuming a bureaucratic rating system should make sense... the bureaucrats would beg to differ.

Like 90 percent of promises, the mature rating content was hyped in 2016 as being revolutionary, mature, sophisticated, etc. etc.

Then they butchered the game and changed everything. Including any 18+ content.

Those of us who were present on hour 1 of day 1 launch remember finding dildo's everywhere as if they were put into the game with insanely comical purpose. Like a dev flipping the bird to the execs who changed the game decided to make dildo's spawn more often than pop cans.

There were 2 versions of the game released on Day 1: The "uncensored American" version and the version for Australia, Germany, China, etc.

By day 14 after launch, more than half of the clothing worn by female NPC's was fully censored, mostly by just replacing textures over nipples with tape, or other effects.

Everything went to the censored version originally only intended to be released in countries that frowned upon, or banned full nudity in video games.

The game intro mission had the two bodies in the tub fully nude, including the male genitals. That was patched out with the first hot fix, putting him into boxer shorts.

Strippers in the strip club were actually nude or topless.

The adult content was not excessive, and not XXX rated, but it was certainly very present when the game first launched.

If you can get a physical copy of the game and run it without getting patches, you'll see stuff that simply does not exist in the game anymore as each update and hot fix included the "miscellaneous fixes" for things like nipple removal, or putting clothing on Fingers so you didn't see his wang flopping around under his bathrobe.

I'm still waiting to be able to play my excessive amount of porn BDs collected (including the ones that are definitely illegal) from all around the game and taking up most of my inventory space... /sad

Nudity and genitalia are easily modded back into the game...the content is still there, just covered up a little. They are some of the most popular mods on Nexus, in fact. My own position on the matter is that if a character is supposed to be nude, or 'indecently dressed', I want to see it, not a kendoll crotch or the nipple pasties or whatever. That's far more jarring than straight up nudity. It's like 60's era TV where you couldn't show a toilet or a woman in just a bra, and married couples occupied twin beds rather than a shared bed, like about every married couple in the world.

18 =/= grown up/adult. In many places you are considered an adult and can vote and stuff. That dont mean that they are, body fully grown sure, mind? not even close. 18 year olds are just as stupid as the 17 year olds.

You can vote when you reach 18 years old, and you also can be arrested (being completely responsible for your own actions instead of the caretaker) at that age. So by definition and by law, you're an adult from that point. Nobody cares how your body is developed or not, we're not talking about psychology or physiology, we're talking about the legal standpoint.
