Please perform a clean installation of the game. Carefully follow all the steps below.
1. Backup your save files. If possible, transfer them to an external device (for example, SD card).
Saves are located here: %userprofile%\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077\
2. Disable Epic Games Cloud [or Steam Cloud] for Cyberpunk 2077.
3. Uninstall Cyberpunk 2077 (on Steam or wherever).
4. Go to your Epic Games directory [or Steam directory] and see if there is a Cyberpunk 2077 folder, if so, remove it.
5. Remove Cyberpunk 2077 folder from here: %userprofile%\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\
6. Restart your PC.
7. Install Cyberpunk 2077 again, on SSD for the best performance. Do not install any mods.
If you will be installing the game on the same partition as you have the Operating System installed to ensure that the game won't be blocked by Windows 10 permissions settings make sure to install it on the drive root and not nested in some folders.
8. Run the game through Epic Games Launcher and see if the issue persists.
9. If it's fixed, copy your save files to the newly created Cyberpunk 2077 folder in the location from step #1.
10. Re-enable Epic Games [Steam] Cloud if you want.

I send email to Cyberpunk 2077, They give me the soluation
Please try to reinstall your GPU drivers. To do so completely follow these steps:
Clean install drivers.
[Use DDU or NVCleanstall (preferred) to wipe out your old video drivers and reinstall fresh. NVCleanstall will also make it easy to roll back to earlier driver versions (NVidia only) if necessary)
Next, please, follow the instruction below.
1. Delete:
REDEngine folder from here %userprofile%\AppData\Local\
CD Projekt Red folder from here: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\
2. Make sure that DirectX12 shader cache is not corrupted. To do so right-click on the hard drive where the game is installed. In the General Tab click Disk Cleanup and mark the DirectX shadercache tickbox. Unmark any other tickboxes and start the clean-up.
3. Restart your PC and launch the game. See if it helped.
You can reset the settings to default by doing the following;
Click on the Windows icon and type %localappdata%
Then go to ...\AppData\Local\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077 folder
And delete the UserSettings.json file
If it still crashes, try clearing out Steam shadercache folder by going into Steam settings.

There is a mod on Nexus (actually a batch file) that will deactivate all your mods and place them in backup folders if they are crashing your game...maybe try that first.
