What is the life expentancy of night city?

I'm thinking V is in her early 20s or something? Misty said she was 26 so i'm thinking most are either late 20s to early 20s or over 30.

You need to think about Adam Smasher because he's almost entirely machine, maybe there's a way to live "forever". Saburo Arasaka died with 158 and was the oldest character. Looking at him didn't seem he had too many modifications. Adam Smasher has only 4% human/organic parts, his brain and some spinal / endocrine / pineal parts. It looks like it's possible to reach something like 200.

There is something similar for fantasy too.
I found it someplace 2nd hand, can't remember where tho.
Its called
'The handbook of traps and tricks' by a company called 'the dragon tree' (118 Sayles blvd Abilene Texas on the back)
My copy is a 5th printing from 1984 (lol)
But its full of tricks to use against the party. Many of which are generally non deadly, initially at least.

The philosophy behind it being that 'super traps, breed super heroic characters. An arms race between mechanics if you will'

Plus, a little logic since all those traps need to be reset. The falling blocks need to be returned to their ceilings. Magical death-rays need to be recast. Pools of acid need to be checked (health n safety may not exist outside certain Gnomish communities lol, but if your pool leaks, the lower levels are going to be suddenly a whole lot larger XD)

It advocated capture, confusion, fear ect. (Why waste good saleable merchandise? Turning adventures into Kibble for your monsters to eat may be economical, but selling them to someone else likely makes you more money) pools of acid destroy their valuables too (so no funding your empire off selling those expensive +3 suits of platemail or magical artifacts)

I especially like 'clank clank, I'm a tank' 'the little leather suit trap' and 'Ebeneezer's Cage' heh heh. Simple, but effective lol.

I'm not really familiar with 'The Lore' but even just in-game it's easy to figure out some of the main players (Rogue, Kerry, Hanako) are roughly in their 80's. I always consider that Kerry was somewhat younger than Johnny in 2023... the way Johnny pushes him around and advises him feels like that dynamic. Similarly, I get the feeling that V is several years younger than Jackie...definitely a older brother feel from him...and a V in his early 20's makes sense, since that's generally the age when a young guy wants to strike out on his own. And so on.

The one age-related thing that doesn't ring true for me is Kerry's behavior. He acts a lot more like someone in his late 30's...only just realising that he's being manipulated by his agent and production company and reacting violently. If he's had 50-odd years of a successful career, he's seen it all and knows it all...and knows what to do about it without the foolish impulsivity he displays. But...it's the story and is what it is.

Ageing generally in Night City? Obviously the successful and well-to-do can afford anti-aging treatments. Rogue has aging features...grey hair, some wrinkles, but age isn't slowing her down at all. Ditto Kerry. Hanako is in a class by herself...not exactly youthful, but no signs of ageing.

Someone's said that Adam Smasher had only 4% organic tissue left by the time V encounters him. That's not a human with a mechanical attachment, that's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ robot with some gray matter left over.
You say that doesn't matter? It does, because robobrains in Fallout aren't humans either.

Bottom line: Smasher is a robot with a brain at best, an abomination at worst.

He's a cyborg by definition, therefore he's a human by definition.

This is hard to believe when, in 2023, we live around 85. Even living in "bad" conditions, you can't compare to truly bad conditions of centuries ago that people couldn't reach 50. Even for poor people, there are lots of diseases and situations that were eradicated, that's why we won't ever go back to living up to 50 years.

In 2023 we live around 85 years, now add the technology to substitute any issues for mechanical parts, like tumors and cancer killing parts of the body, you can just rip that out and be fine... So... I'm gonna say that, easily, people in Cyberpunk 2077 world would reach, at least, 110 years healthy, maybe 120.

Pretty sure Ni-san is Hanako's 'little brother' so let's say 5 years younger than Hanako. There's also a younger (youngest?) sister called Michiko and Saburo's eldest son (deceased...can't recall the name} was first-born.
