Not enough meat if you know what i mean.
A cars engine will go from 1k - redline, then in 2nd gear will go to 6k - redline, then 3rd is 6.5k - redline, so on so forth.
This game is instead programmed incorrectly like 1k - redline, 2nd gear is 1k - redline, 3rd is 1k - redline, etc
and this is all vehicles btw, Id rather hear the droning CVT than these wackass gears.
Below is what the Caliburn SHOULD sound like

It seems not sir.
yeah I know what you mean.. Empty sounds
Wow, nice info. I hope the devs are aware of this as well.
Also thanks for saying its not just me :)
Because of this I end up constantly adding and releasing gas to avoid hearing it, but yes it's an issue. Bikes on the other hand don't really suffer from this too much.
Yeah,
Also as you said in another thread: We are going to drive more so it has to be fixed. Or maybe they will surprise us indeed by fixing it without communicating about it.
It just makes this video even more funnier than it it already. I still remember CDPR saying how proud they are about the car sounds and what technology they used to record those sounds and implement in the game.
