not adding to the idea that this is an improvement but there are obviously some tweaks in in-game models. in the phantom liberty steam pages screenshots, you can see that johnny's model is slightly different, especially his hair. i wonder who else in the base game got some changes.
I mean a i7 12700 and a 2060 super just to get 60 fps at 1080p is a crazy jump from where it was before. so maybe it is justified.
I believe they posted specs of what you might need if you wish to use all the fancy scaling doodads and all that jazz. Which most folk won't likely be using. There is no way a game on the red engine will push a 5600x to the point of throttling etc. CDPR have a tendency to over shoot the specs to cover bases.
Completely Agree... I realy hate the idea that I'll need to downgrade my graphics only to keep the framerate I already have in my playthrough. I Cant modify my PC for a long time yet....
Then game releases, and the majority of people with mid range PCs are still able to play the game just fine.
