Definitely will be over 70GB in total size, but how much exactly I do not think anyone can answer that definitively for now.

Currently the game is around 66GB in size. The expansion's minimum system specs mention 70GB, but it's simply impossible for it to be the exact same size as the base game. So it's pretty much just a placeholder until they know for sure, because Witcher 3 had proper storage size requirements listed for its expansions.

I assume it will be around 30-35GB in size, so somewhere around 90-100GB total, but could be slightly bigger as well.
