How to turn on high beam headlights in cars?

I remember that when I played before, then on alt, when you press it for the second time, the high beam of the headlights turned on, and now only the low beam. On the same Johnny Porsche, only regular headlights turn on and shine as if with a distant one, but at the same time, the lower ones do not work and about the second press they turn off

Unfortunately lights haven't been behaving properly since 1.61 update and I cannot say for sure whether it's a bug or intended, but vehicles now only have ON or OFF toggle.

I still reported it as a bug back then and they have said they'll look into the issue, so it could just be a bug that will get fixed in September.

they removed it a while back, probably in patch 1.5 so like over a year ago.
