real vendor names shows most of the vendors by name. So 'ripperdoc' is 'Vik Vector' or 'shop' is 'Jinguji' ect.

Stash filters adds the tabs you have in your Inventory to your stash, for better sorting.

No walk auto disable stops that damn auful jogging run V breaks into every time you cross a threshold, enter a zone ect. You press G and V walks. And keeps walking, until you press G again or use the sprint button (at which point, you go back to the jog till you choose to walk again)

Street vendors makes most of the folks with stalls, food carts and shops be actual vendors.
Clothing stalls sell a few Tee shirts mostly, food stalls sell food. Junk vendors sell junk and crafting parts ect. (Not sure if this will play nice with the above immersive vendors tho)

Glass blur remover does just that, stops the glass being blurry. Same creator has one to remove the blur for the plastic curtains you see all over too. Requires a texture override mod tho.

Hospital photo replacer removes that horrible sims like posed picture River sends you with something much less nightmare inducing.

Radio extension is a framework for giving you new radio stations in your car. Currently, it cannot work on the radios in the world, but you can also grab a pocket radio mod to listen to your custom radio stations on foot. Needs further individual stations downloaded or you to make your own for stations to play, but there are a few good ones available.

Filter saves by lifepath and type let's you filter your saves on the load menu. Press Q to choose save type (manual, quick save, auto save, endgame save or point-of-no-return) and E to swap between the lifepaths. Pairs best with the next mod when you have multiple saves of different builds using same lifepaths

Named saves let's you name manual save files. Good when you have two of the same lifepath or more characters, like I do (lol)
Not all of them. Some mods don't require CET. Script mods *will* break the game because of this however.
Simple replacer mods tend not to. Things such as .archive mods like hairstyles, single eye colour swaps ect.
I'd suggest any player who wishes to use mods uses the workaround for steam patching though.
Set the game to "only update the game when I start playing" in its steam settings (don't know of a gog workaround tho, sorry)
Then, go to the game folder inside steam and make a shortcut to 'cyberpunk 2077.exe' on your desktop.
Use this shortcut to start the game, bypassing the steam launched, which stops it patching you.
Always check the downloads status of the game BEFORE you use the steam play option when you mod, this way you can instead choose to play via the shortcut instead (as you would see an update pending. Shows up on the download page and on your library page)
This way, you can wait for your mods to get updated and still enjoy playing the game with them.
Also, if you find yourself with what you consider your perfect mod setup, and have the space, I'd suggest saving a copy of the whole game. You can just copy the whole cyberpunk 2077 folder to another location (a separate ssd is ideal now, so you can play it from there) so you can keep it as a 'snapshot' of the current 1.6 type version.
(in case the updated 1.7 gameplay is not to your liking)
That's my plan, I'm saving for a small ssd for just cyberpunk. Going to save my 1.61 there then see what mods I use now get obsoleted by the overhaul, which get updated to work with 1.7. Save a copy of 1.7 there too in case they change it all again (lol)
