How is the performance on 21:9 ultrawide?
how well do you think it will run with:

i9 13900k
rtx 4080
32gm ram

i am planning to get new pc and i was wondering can i get around 100fps at high graphics without ray tracing?

I have a 4080 and an AMD 5800x and 21:9 at 3440x1440.

I can't currently start the game to verify because it crashes to the desktop after patch 1.63, but I get about 40 FPS even with ray tracing on highest, so it is my belief you'd get 100 FPS or more.

I use the next higher UW resolution with a 4070 ti.

Without DLSS/Ray-Tracing and on Ultra settings I get around 55fps in very demanding areas. So you probably won't be able to hold 100fps but your lowest fps in very demanding areas will probably be in the 80's.

i was afraid of that, i may be choose 2560 x 1440 monitor because i prefer fps over resolution (:
I don't know for 21:9 but 32:9 looks amazing, very smooth, everything on ultra, auto DLSS

without raytracing you'd get insane fps but if you can run rtx, do yourself a favor and turn it on, bonus points if you have a proper HDR monitor

No dlss frame generation on 30x series for me but with 4080 you could probably make use of it

If you prefer fps over resolution why isn't then DLSS2 and 3 an Option? With both applied you'd probably be around 120 fps.

I played on 3840x1600 with a 3080Ti.
Ultra settings, no RayTracing, 70 fps in crowded and less optimized areas to 100+ while driving and inside buildings or open areas. Installed graphic mods and used multiple ReShade options.

Of course i turned off some dumb effects and lowered shadows quality. The difference is abysmal.

It will work fine, but game somewhat unoptimized for 21:9
In some places you will notice things like unloaded lightings, places of the terrain and etc.

80 fps on average:

i5 12600k
RTX 3070

3440x1440

Ultra preset, motion disabled. Not worth using RTX imo

Same for me, with a 3080 and an i9 processor. I'm running pretty much everything now.
Looks great.
