Psychic powers in Cyberpunk.
Reading the wiki, there's only a few references of it.

The streetslang "Gibson" : Strong foresight. A prophet; someone who tells the future. A psychic. Originally derived from William Gibson, the Patron Saint of the cyberpunk genre.

Night's Edge : A supplement for the Cyberpunk 2020 game from an alternate timeline where the term Bishop means a psychic Hunter who is capable of combating a vampire's psychic abilities and is able to detect vampires.

“Prince” Leo Bakhtiar : Most likely bragging, but he would told people that he was born under the amplified "psychic emanations of the tripped-out crowd".

Though most likely not gonna be in the game, one can always dream.

Back in the 90s, there was a short crossover between Cyberpunk 2020 and White Wolf (Creators of World of Darkness and, more importantly to this topic, Vampire: The Masquerade). I reckon most references to vampires, psychics (maybe even Leo himself, as "prince" is a pretty well-used term from Vampire: The Masquerade) might stem from that era, which has vampires, werewolves, witch hunters, magi and other creatures of the World of Darkness find themselves in Night City.

There's no mention of "real" vampires outside of the crossover anywhere in Cyberpunk 2020 or RED as far as I know. So chances for vampires and other mythological creatures suddenly popping up in Night City are likely slim.

The books were called "The World of Future Darkness" if you're interested in tracking them down.

There is an easily missable short quest with a street prophet near Vicktor. You have to spy on meeting of maelstrom trash with some unknown corpos. They talk about Lilith.

One of cyber psychos encounters involves unsuccessful summoning ritual of Lilith.

I'd recommend Shadowrun if you want magic and psychics with your cybernetic dystopia

In the Cyberpunk Red TTRPG there is cyberware that allows players to adopt vampire fangs, "Vampyres: Excellent Quality Light Melee Weapon implanted in mouth. Can be concealed. User can add Poison or Biotoxin."

It does not allow the player to become a "true" vampire, but I suppose it works...? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
