Remember that hitting a downed enemy will kill him even if you are using nominally non-lethal means. Damage from Thermal or Chemical weapons continues even after knocking them out. I like to use low-power pistol when I get the cyberpsycho down to 1 or 2%.
Two slaps from gorilla arms and they're down crying about their broken spine just like how Batman does, and not a single time they die.
multiple playthroughs and literally never had one die unless i made the choice to kill the cyberpsycho, my guess is theres a brief buffer of invincibility after they get knocked down in case you accidentally hit them
I even saved it before you take on the last one and tried it both ways, and all I got was a Epic instead of a legendary item, both useless.
Most of the 'rewards' in the game are pretty poor...usually less than what you already have. Or worse still, they will require an Attribute level you won't be able to reach. sure would be nice to see this improved in 1.7 or Phantom... This is beside the fact that most Legendary clothing and other items are no better than lower grade items.
