Question about voice acting language

I know this probably isn't possible, but is there a way to make it so V talks in Japanese, but everyone else speaks English? I tried just Japanese, but it's hard to read all the subtitles quick enough.

I saw something along those lines on the Nexus, as in a mod that lets you do that.

Saw it ages ago though, don't remember what it was called, but try searcing around for it.

Wow I found 2 mods that do it actually, thanks! I guess I should have googled it , but I didn't think it existed LOL

It can change V's language, make V speak in polyglot (a mix of language), the NPC'S and even Skippy use other languages.
If you want V to speak Japanese, you want the CNC- change V's native language (there are other languages than Japanese tho)
And if you use CNC- multilingual npc's -full files you will get most folks speaking their native language. So Jackie and Mama Wells speak Spanish, Takamura, Hanako ect speak Japanese, Fingers speaks German ect.

The Skippy and the polyglot files are still work in progress tho.
