Panam questline after betrayal

Can you still do Panam's finale questline after ratting on her to Saul for the car?
SInce she is mad, will she still offer the last quest or is it done?

Usually when you betray someone in the game, they will never speak to you or give you any more missions. Thats how it goes with Us Cracks, Claire, Judy, and Panam too.

you can buy an equally good one thats blue instead of red

Yeah, The same car can be bought from Dakota. The only actual difference is the colour.
