Getting one-shot

I'm currently lv50 and all my equipped gear are legendary fully upgrade, including weapons (Malorian Arms, Jinchu Maru).
My Current stats are:
DPS = 2300
Armor = 1800
HP = 550

I have now idea to upgrade even further, my build is focused on pistols and blade together with cold blood.

Even with these stats I'm still getting one shotted by a few enemies and taking tons of damage, also, a few enemies also take about 20 headshots with the Maloriam to die. Is that the standard balancing or is there some bug on this?

sounds about right. i use comrade's hammer, a burya pistol with 1 round per magazine and that thing does about 9000 base damage and 25,000-50,000 or so with headshots and crits and i still sometimes need 2 shots to kill things.

I guess you should turn your game level down.

Or it could be the enemy you are trying to kill.
