Transparent Clothes missing meshes

I am playing modded. For some reason any and all transparent clothing items I have are completely invisible, as if the meshes are missing. It is not limited to any specific mod and newly added items with transparency are similarly invisible.

This would make me think some key file is missing but npcs still have their transparent clothing working and verifying integrity fixed nothing. Anyone have a clue to the cause? I know this is a long shot.

Did you try adding the texture override mod?

I have that because I use two transparency mods.
Glass blur remover and plastic sheet blur remover.
It bugged me that so many glass items were blurry, and that those PVC plastic curtains all over made it hard to see thru. So I grabbed those two.

(There are also mods for un blurring the little plastic baggies full of 'tictac's and for npc plastic Asia flash clothing)
