KS UV Texture Framework. its the framework many of the unique tattoo mods use.
if you look in the description page, under 'mods requiring this file' there will be a big list of mods that are likely tattoo mods.
there are also many cyberware, bodyscuplt mods that use this framework to run,
tho you can download mods that swap the ink out. i use one that changes the face tattoo with the stars on the neck to be *just* the stars on the neck.
just type 'tattoo' into the search bar in the top right hand corner of the Nexus cyberpunk page and you will be greeted by about 10 pages of tattoo mods.
