I really doubt this will happen in this edition of the game. Maybe Cyberpunk 2 MIGHT have it but I would not get your hopes up. Going to be years before Cyberpunk 2 is released.
The idea comes from some quote she allegedly says in the Witcher games about seeing different worlds that sounds futuristic ... so Witcher fans want her to appear without considering whether she fits in the Cyberpunk lore.

Cyberpunk got teased 2 years before Witcher 3 released, so this was a small nod to it at the time which also wonderfully plays into the Witcher's lore that Ciri can travel to different dimensions outside of her own.
Plus she already is in Cyberpunk as there are magazines of her scattered all-around, along with the arcade game itself. But naturally it would have been a lot cooler if V and Johnny would come across a shadowy silhouette in a random alleyway and see her instantly vanishing through a portal without explanation.
There is a Death Stranding BB-Pod and Hideo Kojima in the game after all, so Ciri appearing in the flesh would not be weird at all.
That quote is an Easter Egg, same as the posters and Roach Race.
Cyberpunk has its own long standing lore, and it does not include visitors from magical realms.
Meanwhile an actual visitor from another magical realm that has nothing to do with the lore on full display during a very important and serious side-quest for River and all of Night City ^^

So yeah I'd normally agree with that statement, but it's obviously not the case. Cyberpunk is basically a museum of all sorts of subtle and not-so-subtle references/cameos to various games, movies, songs, books and so on. Like Judy for example where her calling icon is literally a "Ghost In The Shell". One could write a book about all the references and cameos in Cyberpunk :D
That's an Easter Egg, same as the posters we already discussed ... and yes, the devs decided to go absolute ham and shove Easter egg references to alot of pop culture in all sort of places.
Okay ... only "STORY DLC" the game is getting since you want to argue over trivialities for some reason. 🙄
