can i do side jobs AFTER i finish the main story?
ive been speed running but it just made me explore the game less

Why in the world would you speed run the game on your first playthrough?
It's like, "I've just bought a new game and spent my hard earned money on it - I want to get through the game as quickly as possible and experience as little of it as I can.

Same as every other open world game, i.e. RDR2, GTA V, GTA IV, etc...

Not really there is plenty of content to do in those games besides the main story and side quests in Cyberpunk there is nothing to do its just a empty city once you finish the quests and gigs.

Well, at least these comes with Online mode, maybe something like those continuous quest from Skyrim would be a great adtion to the game.

Well there are mods with new / additional quests too if you can't get enough of NC.
