Optical Camo or Cyberware

I have a quick question, if the Optical Camo is equipped (which uses middle mouse button to trigger) will I still be able to use other cyberware like the Ciberwire and Mantis blade? Is there a way to use both the Camo and cyberware equipment?

You can only use one item that uses the middle button at a given time. Don't know about the mantis blades off the top of my head, but the optical camo replaces the grenades, e. g.

Optical camo is a cyberware in your head, while mantis blades and cyberwire is a built-in addon on your arms, they are completely unrelated.

But both uses the middle button, after equipping the Camo I was unable to use my ciberwire

You can use the mouse scroll to change weapons and use cyberwire, or press the numbers on your keyboard to select a specific weapon. Usually i simply scroll though my weapons to use the gorilla hands or cyberwire and use mouse middle button for optical camo.

yes, you can. So, you could activate optic camo, then you double-tap the weapon wheel button to bring up the weapon switch (slows time RIGHT down) and use the select button to switch to the nanowire or any other you want.

That _is_ good to know ... guess I never used grenades that much before making camo cyberware the default for middle mouse-button, but it's cool to have that option.

I really like the optical camo for stealth builds, but I'm m&k. I re-assigned the grenade key to G so that activates the camo. Everything else works fine. One trades stealth against cyberware, sort of. The knives are pretty fun too for stealth stuff. And get some fast shoes. In and out works most times.
