This is supposed to change to a Netrunner place to get quick hacks. I did the NCPD very close to it...But the second door is still closed with nothing to open it. Is there another quest or mission associated with it. I am using the maps.piggyback.com map and it says just to complete the hustle at this location?

The Dewdrop Inn netrunner shop is the Kabuki Roundabout location where you get the ping command, not the same as the location with the gig.

Huh, on my 4th play and 600 hours in game so far and I'm still learning new things about this game. I love it.
Sorry for confusion, I wasn't even aware of this existing.

Netrunner (Vista Del Rey)

For this one to appear you need to clear all NCPD scanner missions. Then wait a few days and it should appear on the map.

So, sounds like you'll need to clear ALL NCPD calls, then either wait a few in game days or just skip time forward a few days and it should appear. I must have just over looked it on my prior runs as by the time I've cleared all NCPD missions I'm running legendary quickhacks so never bother visiting the shops anymore.

Got a new mini-goal for my current run now.

I think you just need to clear the nearby one and wait 24 hours.

Yeah I did that. Still not open. II'm worried it's a glitch. So far I only had one where I was trapped in concrete somehow... I just rolled back to the last save and went forward. I can't find the link but one did say clearing all the NCPD's in the area... The one is like bordering City Center and seems to be a really tough one. I tried a couple times but no go. I was hoping someone on here has unlocked it. I'm working on Wakako's Gigs now.

HAHA I don't think that's the case. They should mention this somewhere but you have to do Wakako's save BugBear gig. THEN wait 24 hours... I'm assuming you have to do the NCPD case the same time as well.
