Optimized settings for 3070 TI?

What are the best settings for 1440p, ideally above 60 fps?

I have the 3070TI, I play all settings @ Max on Ultra / Psycho (except Vol Fog at High) at 1440P with Quality DLSS - No Ray Tracing, Max traffic setting - I don't measured the minute by minute FPS - but It is smooth generally above 60fps - no stutter / frame drops even in high demand areas. 85+ FPS on the Benchmark - but I know that is not a real performance measure - give you an indication though.
If I want to do RT - that is an entirely different story, I need to get creative to get decent frame rates - DLSS Performance - reduce some key settings etc..
I almost always play with RT off - for the smoothness, higher frame rates - and I have 150+ mods, but I stay away from upscaling / Reshade type mods.
I am still on 1.61 build - not sure what, if anything, the DLSS patch has done to performance...

its gonna be difficult to keep a stable 60 fps with any kind of RT. leave it off and turn everything else on ultra/psycho with dlss quality or balanced and you'll be well over 60 but if you don't mind dips into the high 40s and 50s then leave RT on.

i personally wouldn't go dlss performance and definitely ultra performance, its just way too noticeably blurry for 1440p imo.
