ive been playing this game for what seems like years now and ive yet to see them availavble. come to think of it, ive yet to see a lot of slothing.

Lot of the NPC clothing isn't available in game for V. You'll have to dig through Nexus to see if anyone's cooked up something similar/same to that (thought it was Tyger Claws but could be Arasaka?). I couldn't find an exact match for the boots (mainly the heel/sole thing) on there although there's various boots which are available.

I believe Cyber Engine Tweaks lets you console spawn in various unobtainable loot. You might be able to get it for your wardrobe, but it probably won't work as a set of armor.

There is no restriction to using mods, using them does not prevent you from getting achievements.

Nah, that's Skyrim and Fallout 4. . . at least until you install the "re-enable Achievements" mod. :D
