Feels more like mix between late 80s post apocaliptic distopia (Mad Max style) mixed with Blade Runner, Robocop, 90s cyberpunk (Judge Dredd), Dark City, Stalker.

Some parts are very good, some are not. But it does give me that tech lowlife vibe I like with cyberpunk themes.

2077 is based off a tabletop game that was made in the 80's so an 80's dark sci-fi film wouldn't be far off.

Rogue, then Saburo Arasaka, then V at the end
It's split into chapters, if you hold the mouse over the sections of the progress bar it'll tell you who is who
