No call from panam to start riders of the storm

I never got a call from panam to start riders of the storm, I picked all her romance options, and stood up for her in front of saul. The ign guide says she will call you after 12 in game hours, i never got it. I just got a text after 3 hours. It has be 14 in game hours, no call. I haven't advanced in the main quest so i still have to meet takemura.

I think it's 24 in-game hours you have to wait

will doing any of the main quests afffect if she calls or not?

Nope, just wait, it's generally faster than that for me but really just do other jobs until the mission appears.

For me, a lot of those "wait x hours to get a call" took many days and wandering around before I avtually got the calls.

Coz you press C to skip the former conversation, this bug was found in 2020, but never fixed.
