Users Settings data is corrupted and cannot be saved, can't delete cloud saves
Got drive with a game disconnected(forever).
Installed game again.
Not launching, crashing.
deleted C:\Users\username\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red
Launching now okay.
When trying to edit setting: "Users Settings data is corrupted and cannot be saved" - some settings don't work.
Reinstalled the game: my 2 saves, looking like a cloud saves are still popping up, even if I enable/disable cloud save in steam settings app.
Used to launch game from bin folder "E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\Cyberpunk2077.exe" - maybe that broke cloud saves? Anyway, can't get rid of saves and maybe with them setting file is always downloaded?
Deleted
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*******\1091500 folder and actually everything in userdata - steam shows in cloud save settings, that game is using now 2kB of data instead of 50MB - still those 2 saves popping up and cannot save settings.
Please help. Backed up my saves, only want the game to be playable. Some settings are harsh, e.q. can't turn off grain...

You need to delete the UserSettings.json file that you can find in -WindowsInstallDrive-://Users/-YourUser-/AppData/Local/CD Projekt Red/Cyberpunk 2077
Hope this helps

You're only a month and a half late.

Hi, that was too hard to fix. So I just copied my save games to another windows profile and launched game as another user via runas.exe
