If you downloaded the FSR 2.1 mod from Nexusmods or elsewhere, download it again.
Next run register file "DisableSignatureOverride"
Further on this path Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 find the files "nvngx.dll" and "nvngx" and delete them.
Run a file check in the steam game properties.
Have a good time!

When you download the mod, there will be 1 folder and 2 registry files, and the one I specified must be run as administrator. Again, this will work - if you have already downloaded and installed this mod.

Never downloaded this, as I use DLSS, and my game won't launch, nothing happens after REDlauncher. So it's something else causing the issue.

I can't get the game to start. I tried everything, update every single mod i have (at least the ones already patched to 1.61), nothing... Still CTD after REDlauncher.

I can only advise you to check each mod on nexusmods, there most likely the author of one of the mods answered that there was a file conflict. Or first remove all the files and slowly add.
