Quickhack "request backup" doesnt work

Does the quickhack where you can call enemy team member works? Because if i use the quickack request backup nothing happens. It uplaods the hack but after then nothing happens.

you misunderstand how it works

you hack/cast it on someone, HE calls to one of his squad to come to him... you seem to think it temporarily flips allegiance and that they fight for you, this is not what it does. It's a great way for getting into an area without being detected when someone is blocking a doorway or staircase, though.

Its a great way to bunch them up to use Grenades, Projectile Launcher or just mowing them down with a LMG.
also useful for Quickhacks which are spreading.

This. I also misunderstood what it did during my playthrough. Don't know why i thought it was an allegiance switching quickhack.
