Can't find specific item from vendor

I'm looking for the Valentino Dual-Weave Edgerunner jacket. Apparently it is sold by the clothing vendor in Arroyo. I have been doing the skip time 24 hours trick to reset the items the vendor has, but I've done this like 50 times now and it still hasn't appeared in the vendor's inventory.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

Everything changed with 1.6. Now there is no predictable way to find clothes.

Clothing vendors suck now. There is a mod on the nexus called virtual attelier that lets you buy all vanilla outfits at the computer in V's apartment. Also has other files that may or may not add additional clothes but I couldn't get them to work and they were game breakers till I removed them. The vanilla version seems ok but not sure about any of the rest.

Thanks for the tip about the virtual attelier mod. I used that and got the item I was after.
