I noticed that shattering the glass has no sound effects, but also for example why is this bloom issue still a thing since release that's been reported by so many people;

its literally gta.
the flashbang thing i have a lot too, i thought its related to the story thought it was because of the biochip, but i guess not lol.
are you talking about the walkway or sidewalk panels that break when you hit/shoot them, that are clear or blue? Those are PLEXIGLASS, no they don't have sound, they don't shatter they just crack and break apart.
well i didnt have that, no i mean actually glass windows from buildings. that you can jump through if u break the glass.
are we playing the same game?

If you listen carefully, you can hear the glass hitting the floor below. It's hard to hear on non-deaf sane person volume levels.
thats not the shattering i think tho, thats just the "glass shard falling" not the shattering itself i believe. maybe im wrong. but yeah its wrong either way.
At the beginning, that is not the sound of glass shattering, but the bullet shells hitting the ground. Easily confirmed by standing on a solid surface and shooting that type of a gun.
The breakable glass in the game simply has no sound effects. First time I noticed this was during the heist with Jackie, as I smashed the glass to get into those locked offices during the escape.
