Like, when you disassemble grenades from the stack you have equipped, the count used to not update until you exited out of the inventory. Now, when you have a stack of grenades equipped and quickslot the optical camo cyberware, the grenades are still marked equipped in the backpack. Or iconic gear, when you recraft it at a higher rarity, the old version used to not disappear and then in some versions you could stash it or not (in which case it would weight down your inventory), now for me the old version remains in the inventory, the new one can be stashed, and after save/reload the old one is gone from my inventory ... long story short, there are quite a number of tidbits that are funky in the inventory screen.
Other than swapping out weapons, exiting out of the inventory back to gameplay and then trying again ... well, and then as you found out saving/reloading, I have no ideas. If you can reproduce it, you might want to file a bug with CDPR.
