Couldn't get Jackie's bike.

I completed Heroes (sent Jackie to his family after the heist) but I didn't know that in order to get the bike I could have called it just like the car (the car was in the shop waiting repair).

So I left El Coyote Cojo and came back after a long time (ingame) to try to call the bike but it seems that Jackie's bike keys are not in my inventory.

Are the keys supposed to be in the jobs menu inventory?

Mama Welles offers you the key for the bike at the ofrenda. If you didn't take it from her there you missed your chance for the bike. If you took the key from her the bike should be in your vehicle list. To get that hold down your vehicle summon key and look thru your list for Jackie's arch.

At the end you after you have spoken you are meant to speak to her and then drink to Jackie, at which point she offers you the bike. If you have not done that part and received the keys from her, you will not have the bike in your list of vehicles.

If mama wells won't give you the keys if you go back then you have lost your chance to get it.

There is however another bike you can get for free.

The Nazare Itsumade. North of the all foods travel point is a shuttered garage with a keypad outside. the code is 0214
