How do you capture a cyber psycho alive?
I’m not too far in but what do I need to subdue these targets without terminating them?

I said usually. To be sure, finish them off with a non-lethal attack. All blunt weapons and fists count as non-lethal. Guns with the "Pax" mod are non-lethal. And there is a mod for the cyberwear optics you can install that makes all attacks non-lethal. But even non-lethal attacks will kill them when their health is at zero, so you need to stay under control.

Simply put, you don't have to actually capture. You just need to leave them unconscious by using non lethal means then just report back to Regina. The easiest way that I found is to use the Targeting Analysis Mod for you Eyes Implant. If you use it with a Smart Link hand cyberware, all gun shots are non lethal. It is something that you can swap in and out at any time. So no need to see a RIpper. Just don't hit them again after they are unconscious or you will kill them. If you are afraid of killing them with Automatic Weapons, you can just use a shot gun. It is easier to stop with a slower rate of fire. Finishing them with non lethal hacks work too.

blunt weapons since they're non-lethal is the fastest way to take them down without killing them. just be careful you don't get carried away with too much swing specially with the baseball bat as what happened to me once but it was too fun! blunt also has the ability to stun lock enemies particularly helpful against psychos that uses sandevistan to dodge your bullets... that's when i pull my bat and go "now dodge this, *swing*" 😂

capturing the cyberpsychos alive is literally the most confusing thing until you understand the mechanics of killing in the game.

Go netrunner build =p Even in low level take the quickhacks that are non lethal, and away you go. (Contagion, short circuit, system reset)

I always sneak on them/distract them and non lethal take down.

I just carry a pistol with the PAX mod, and only use it on the cyberpsycho encounters. Never had any problems.
