What is this? 20 technician skill requeriment at the beggining of the game?

What is this? other bug? the name of the quest in english is Disasterpiece and i saw in other videos the same issue.... why it ask for 20 technician skill? its imposible to reach... and why is not inteligence?

Well this is my second run from the realise date... and still having lot of bugs... i dont trust in the game.... i dont know if this is a secret or just other BUG...

Not a bug, it's a bonus for those who chose to put points in tech.

is posible reach this place with 20 in tech? is just first quest after prologue...

Yeah you can reach that place with 20 tech. First missions after prologue are not time sensitive so you got free roam of that part of the city.

It doesn't necessarily have to be the first quest after the prologue. You can do Ghost Town and Down on the Street before Disasterpiece. I usually clear out Watson before doing the heist and I've had 20 tech by the time I get to Disasterpiece.

it's still there later if you go back. I just checked on it at level 41 in act 3

To me, this is considered pretty far into the game tbh, LOL. Because I'm the kind of player to do as much side content as possible before main story missions. So yeah, totally possible to have 20 in Tech by that point.
