Night City feels empty
So you finished the game, and there is nothing left to do except shoot cops.

Please keep in mind that although 2077 was designed as an open world game, it is still a Single Player Story-based game. That's the focus and what it was meant to be.

So, in terms of what you'd -like- from the game, whether it be playing golf or flying planes or dancing/drinking/eating in clubs, those are all extras to be implemented, if at all, as a lower priority than story-based stuff. Some have been!

Once you've finished the story (and, hopefully, side quests) you've completed what CDPR sold you. That's what was offered and that's what they built.

It is not a sandbox game, it was not intended to be one. Asking for more is fine but when people push back against feature-creep (a real thing), please understand 2077 was never meant to be GTA or Just Cause or games like that.

That's pretty much been my gripe since I first realized this, after first putting time into the game back in 2020.

I hope that CDPR addresses this.

Welcome to CyberCope 2077 lol where we all cope with this unfortunate reality of the game.

I doubt it will ever be bettered but at this point i hardly care i just play other games with better immersion now and come back to cyberpunk for the story messin with different paths.

This is the games biggest curse. I can understand the no radiant's because V is dying. But at least add more mini games, racing, BDs and maybe some companion activities. Hell I would like to just sit at the Afterlife and knock back a few.

this needs to be addressed ASAP, there's nothing else to play like this game.

There are mods. THey just released that Red something whatever its name is, for people to make mods.. I personally would like to see a Night City PD mod like robocop or judge dredd

sit at the Afterlife and spend 50,000 euro dollars for a fancy drink or a new date would be nice

Once you beat the game, done all the quests, did all the ncpd points you did it. you beat the game. Congrats. You had fun, you probably have somewhere 70 to 80 hours in the game. I'm not sure what else you want out of it but it's okay for a game to be done. They don't have to go on forever. Nothing wrong with ending a playthrough, closing the game, uninstalling.

I have a mod that allows you to go to bars and throw down a few. Modding will save this game.

Depends on your playstyle, taste, and preferences.

It feels empty because it is empty. There's never a reason to go anywhere in Night City unless a quest has sent you there. The way they did their open world was a massive waste of their own time. They could have scrapped the open world, entirely, had us choose locations to teleport to form a menu and very little would change.

What I think is that they should have filled their open world with content.

Meanwhile, people ♥♥♥♥♥ and moan about open-world "Ubisoft map" games that are utterly overloaded with a million markers of cut-n-paste 'content'.
