The Quadra Turbo-R V-Tech doesn't have a stash?

So I've got the car and chekked both the back and front for stash access, but there was none

Just confirmed it. Stash is in the front. If you just tap the F key the stash opens but if you hold it even slightly too long, well, the dual purpose function of the F key is accessed with a long press of the F key.
So basically a long press on the F key opens the front storage space,
A quick tap on the F key, (while at the front of the car) opens your stash.

yep now it does for me too, I don't know why it wasn't there before.
Maybe when you just get the vehicle the stash isn't properly integrated yet.
