Johnny pants

Hey, is there a way or a mod to get Johnny pants after I missed them? I need them for achievement and I guess the jumping on the buildings method doesn't work any longer...?

I just did the jumping on buildings method the other day. It's a huge pain but it still works. I used this video to see how to do it, took a lot of quicksaving.

Edit: For the way down, I used Rebecca's shotgun Guts to negate the fall damage.
