Do Mods disable Achievements?

Just as the title says. Does playing with mods disable the ability to earn achievements on steam? Currently trying to 100% and I don't remember how cdpr goes about this (with the WItcher 3). I'm just making sure it's not like Bethesda when playing with mods. - Big thx

i was thinking the same, i use the mod to skip intro videos have 155 fast travel points discovered on map and still no achivement for traveling...im about to going crazy cuz i saw a lot of vid, compare the map in the vid with my map and sometimes i have even more travel points and still no achievment

Malthar's correct. No idea what some of the other replies are about but it's not this game. Mods, or even console commands, don't disable achievements.

Big thx Malthar -- As far as the convo above. To be fair maybe I should have stated that all I wanted was simple cosmetic/graphic mods (and the Let There Be Flight or whatever) but still...

nope they dont , but i come to some mods what makes some questy buggy so you cant finish that quest normaly so you cant get achi. for gig's

I have over 100 mods in my current install and any achievement I should get I do get, so not sure where the others are getting their bad information from, maybe they are confusing Cyberpunk with Skyrim or some ♥♥♥♥. But even in those games you could get a mod that would re enable the achievements, but yea, you should have no issue with getting achievements with addons.

They can however break certain quests as Yuuwaffl posted above.
