Where the bodies hit the Floor non lethal.
not sure what i had last time when i did the Quest but when i just did it the definitly non lethal way (not a single shot fired, no explosions, just good ol' fist work by a weak Body 3 Vi) my repost to Regina says i flatlined the cyberpsycho which results in a not so nice reply (calling me a wild attack dog)
Is this intentional or did the game bug out and send me the lethal kill messages?

Fists are dangerous. When you accidentally punch an already incapacitated enemy, this kills them.

Ah that might be the issue, i punched him again at 0% (though he was still running after me with hit carver, might should have run away until he drops down or something)

Thier is weapons mods you can get for guns to make bullets non lethal

another option is to use guns to weaken it and then use a blunt weapon at the very end

When the psycho is at 0% health and you hit him/her again.

I'm goint with body 3, Int 3 focused on cool/tech/reflex this round so hacking is no option. fists are a blunt weapon so that one was already attempted. I have that mod, but no weapon with slots yet xD
weaken with guns and then last hit doesn't work well either as this specific fellow is of the Neo "I dodge Bullets" kind. (also that shouldn't lead to a different result than just punching (blunt weapon) from 100 to 0)

In the end i somehow managed to pounce him to close the gap from container to spawnpoint before he managed to turn arround and "stealth" (i was forward dodging/running as sneaking is to slow to close the gap) strangle him K.O. (just sneaking up doesn't work either as he has omnisense the moment you get next to the container he hides behind and always sees/smells you even though you come from behind and distracting has no targets close by either)

If it drops them in one hit yes, but if it is doing damage over time it can be lethal.

Definitely happens, to me it seems like an extension of collision bugs, most notably - exploding props.
Happened few times to me - picked up unconscious enemy, dropped him some in secluded corner - poof .. he's dead.
