another option is to use guns to weaken it and then use a blunt weapon at the very end
It's guaranteed non lethal
weaken with guns and then last hit doesn't work well either as this specific fellow is of the Neo "I dodge Bullets" kind. (also that shouldn't lead to a different result than just punching (blunt weapon) from 100 to 0)
In the end i somehow managed to pounce him to close the gap from container to spawnpoint before he managed to turn arround and "stealth" (i was forward dodging/running as sneaking is to slow to close the gap) strangle him K.O. (just sneaking up doesn't work either as he has omnisense the moment you get next to the container he hides behind and always sees/smells you even though you come from behind and distracting has no targets close by either)
If it drops them in one hit yes, but if it is doing damage over time it can be lethal.
Happened few times to me - picked up unconscious enemy, dropped him some in secluded corner - poof .. he's dead.
