I can't get the Bloody Maria shotgun after the 1.6 patch

I finished all Muamar Reyes' gigs but he didn't call me to give me the Bloody Maria shotgun. But I still got Regina Jones and Wakako Okada's rewards. Is this a new BUG?

i can't get it either, i'm on patch 2.1 it's bugging the crap out of me because it keeps telling me to collect the reward, so i can't complete the quest. i see it on the wall but i can't collect it because it doesn't show up in my stash. anyone else have this bug? any fix?

edit: nevermind i found it. it's all the way down with the white's
