Tech weapons are WAY OP

Spotting opponents behind walls and SHOOTING opponents behind walls is game breaking. Bad decision, especially since enemies NEVER shoot you through walls.

I've been shot through walls by the AI.

I haven't ever been, so it must be infrequent. If it happened to me a lot, I would have mo issues with it

Ummm...No I have been shot behind walls, behind cover. Guess you haven't met many enemies that use those weapons yet.

Yeah tech buffs damage so much you don;t need points in reflex.

Yeah, I get shot through walls by the AI all the time if I'm not paying attention. I think the frequency may have something to do with difficulty level.
I recently started a new game on Very Hard, and some of the AI's will heal themselves with consumables, which I never saw at Normal.

Been shot through a ten foot thick boulder when trying to snipe enemies from across the road at the big petrol station in the badlands. Was crouched completely behind it while reloading when BOOM HEADSHOT multiple times.

Actually ran into something kind funny using the wall penetrating sniper rifle. Ended up taking out like 5 guys out of six. Close to each-other really fast through a building. The last guy was screaming something like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! I give up! said it pretty much after I killed him. Always wondered if he actually did give up or would give up. Running away or something seemed rare and only encountered it once. Although tbh don't use that rifle to much since so OP.

I'm playing on the hardest setting and I get shot through walls and cars all the time. Pretty awesome to duck behind a car and see massive bullet holes blowing out right in front of your face. This game is amazing!

The AI have special tech weapons, they teleport behind you and shoot you in the back, specially the police

With the tech snipers you can one shot enemies through walls. Combine that with tagging them all by ping/camera peeking and you are rarely troubled. The Communist Hammer revolver is also great for that.

But enemies shoot you back through cover, and when running at the hardest difficulty, their shots hurt.
