Play It Safe mission

[Shere Khan]

I am stuck on the Play It Safe mission. I am at the point where I am supposed to pursue other leads while waiting for Takemura to get ready.

I am assuming I am supposed to wait for a phone call, except the phone call never comes. I've tried doing side jobs and letting the game forward time on it's own, I've tried advancing time saving and reloading and the call just never comes.

I did a search and an on Google and that is what I came up with. Does anyone have a sure fire way to advance this quest?

"Other leads" means advancing the literal other main quests with Judy, Panam and Johnny. What else have you done? Can you screenshot your Journal?

Pretty sure Talkin' 'bout a revolution is the one you have to complete, since it's Judy's quest, iirc.

This quest still won't advance for me no matter what I try. Anyone else have another ideas on what I can try to get this to advance? I'd really like to complete this game and this quest is holding me back.
