Long saving time?

Is it just me or does saving take ages for you aswell after the patch?

Yeah, I think it has something to do with the new cross platform cloud saves.

"DISABLE THE AUTO CLOUD SAVE OPTION IF YOU ENABLED IT", & that folks is why saving the game takes loads of time to save when you want. So make sure to Disable it and your issue will be gone.

Yeah disabling cloud saving fixed it, probably has smth to do with my slow internet upload speed...

I dont play cross platform anyways, so who cares

I turned it off, yet it still seems to be slow saving, as well as displaying saved files slowly - after a period of 30 seconds or so.

Make sure to turn off cross play saves in the game settings. Cloud saves are not the problem.

try restarting the game. I had to restart after disabling the option in order to get fixed.
And as was pointed out by Dr.Abscondus it is the cross platform save option that is the culprit and not the cloud saves option, that one works fine.

it is the cross platform save thing so into settings>gameplay>micellaneous and turn off "cross platform saves."

turning off the cross save solved it for me at least it seems, I got annoyed after waiting for like 2 minutes inbetween intense mission sequence because the game was just taking for ever to save! I panicked and started running hdd tests haha and doing tests in other games

I have had forced cloud saves for the longest time. Yesterday I just figured out to turn it off.
You have to log out from the game launcher.
The game asks you to register. Don't ever bother.
Now my game runs so much better.
