Report a translation problem
I know that flash you're talking about, on my PC (don't know if it's different for other people) but that flash of light subsides within a few moments. When I was messing with the wait feature I was aware I'd have to wait a moment to get the true sky. I'm saying that it was still starting to get bright at like 3AM.
I hope that they fix it.

Actually it starts to slowly brighten around 2'ish.
Yeah, I always enjoyed driving at night throughout Night City. Go figure. I was kind of disappointed to find out there's only like 5 hours (in game, 30 minutes out of game based on 1 hour being 7 minutes. Morro Bay. The closest city would be San Luis Obisbo.
For the sake of trivia, the city is named "Night" after a guy that was named "Night" in the game world.
