Cyberpunk Katana Build: Body or Cool?
without having stealth in mind, just running in and slashing anything

is cool more worth for having all the cold blood stuff or is body more worth for all the health stuff or a mix between both like 14/14 or something

I'd say Cool because it provided more damage boost than Body, while Body give more on utilities than damage
Either way, once you activated either Optic, Sande, Keren, these 3 will ensured nothing will survive while you barely get hit so health isn't really needed

Reflex rather than Body for a blade build. Unless you meant "what else than Reflex".

I'm not too far into the game, but I watched the show recently. I saw a video where you can make a build similar to the main character that capitalizes on the slow mo ability.

If built properly, if I remember correctly, I think it can last lup to 13 seconds of slow mo with 2 second cooldown. So you can basically use it all the time which that + melee builds looks insanely strong.

Yea the David Build is pretty good , along with the Lucy Monowire build. I pretty much run around with the Q. Sandevistan MKV with monowire, one shot everything in a single swipe then Cold Blood triggers and speed burst to my next tgt , kill again and then run to the objective if its a Police Situation, read the item and gather the loot and then the Sandy wears off and all the body parts fall to the ground.

Reflex + Cool. You can easily get by with low body if you use Sandevistan and Kereznikov. Bonus point for being able to throw knives and stealth if you have high cool.

Only get body if you want shotguns or stuffs that need high body like Burya.

I usually make a build with 20/20/20/8/3 attribute distribution. But assuming you already maxed out Reflexes, I'd recommend 20 Cool, 18 Tech, 10 Body, and leaving Intelligence on 3.

10 Body unlocks 'Steel and Chrome' Perk which increases melee damage by 20%. Any Stamina Perks can be replaced with a Rare Adrenaline Booster cyberware which instantly grants 20% Stamina on kill, and it requires at least 10 Body as well.
Any additional investment on Body is an overkill, as Sandevistan solves the survivability issue unless you charge straight towards the enemy. Also, the loss of melee damage bonuses can be replaced with Cold Blood and Crafting Perks from Cool and Tech.

20 Cool will let you upgrade the Cold Blood tree as you please, and unlock the important 'Hasty Retreat' Perk from Ninjutsu tree. Sandevistan slows down the timer on Cold Blood, while the movement speed bonuses from Cold Blood and Hasty Retreat will allow you to push with melee weapons further and exploit Sandevistan as much as possible.

18 Tech is for unlocking the ability to craft any weapon you prefer, and collecting Legendary clothing mods. As of the update, you can no longer acquire clothing mods and their specs from the Clothing Vendors. Instead, you have to craft and disassemble items to have a chance to get mods that come attached for free. +4% critical chance, +0.5 move speed, +25% all resistance mods are quite hard to get, but useful for any builds. Expect to craft at least 100 items for each aformentioned mod.

In general, pick 1 from Body, Reflexes, Intelligence and max it out. They are the damage attributes that empower your 3 weapon slots, but don't have much synergy between them. Intelligence in particular don't benefit from Body and Reflexes as they rarely shoot a gun after early-game.

If you're playing on Hard or Very Hard, I'd take body because the enemies are like bullet sponges. If it's normal you can just do what ever you like.

Body if you want to be hard to kill
