Either way, once you activated either Optic, Sande, Keren, these 3 will ensured nothing will survive while you barely get hit so health isn't really needed
reflex 20 for sure, but what else, rather cool 20 or body 20 or a mix
If built properly, if I remember correctly, I think it can last lup to 13 seconds of slow mo with 2 second cooldown. So you can basically use it all the time which that + melee builds looks insanely strong.
Only get body if you want shotguns or stuffs that need high body like Burya.
10 Body unlocks 'Steel and Chrome' Perk which increases melee damage by 20%. Any Stamina Perks can be replaced with a Rare Adrenaline Booster cyberware which instantly grants 20% Stamina on kill, and it requires at least 10 Body as well.
Any additional investment on Body is an overkill, as Sandevistan solves the survivability issue unless you charge straight towards the enemy. Also, the loss of melee damage bonuses can be replaced with Cold Blood and Crafting Perks from Cool and Tech.
20 Cool will let you upgrade the Cold Blood tree as you please, and unlock the important 'Hasty Retreat' Perk from Ninjutsu tree. Sandevistan slows down the timer on Cold Blood, while the movement speed bonuses from Cold Blood and Hasty Retreat will allow you to push with melee weapons further and exploit Sandevistan as much as possible.
18 Tech is for unlocking the ability to craft any weapon you prefer, and collecting Legendary clothing mods. As of the update, you can no longer acquire clothing mods and their specs from the Clothing Vendors. Instead, you have to craft and disassemble items to have a chance to get mods that come attached for free. +4% critical chance, +0.5 move speed, +25% all resistance mods are quite hard to get, but useful for any builds. Expect to craft at least 100 items for each aformentioned mod.
In general, pick 1 from Body, Reflexes, Intelligence and max it out. They are the damage attributes that empower your 3 weapon slots, but don't have much synergy between them. Intelligence in particular don't benefit from Body and Reflexes as they rarely shoot a gun after early-game.
